Nexus Vomitus is a collaboration between the artist Millie Brown and opera singers Patricia Hammond and Zita Syme. SHOWstudio documented this one-off performance where Millie created a rainbow-like spectrum of vomit on canvas to Patricia and Zita’s melodic interlude, using milk dyed with food coloring. This project explores the invisible terrain of WiFi networks in urban spaces by light painting signal strength in long-exposure photographs.
A four-metre long measuring rod with 80 points of light reveals cross-sections through WiFi networks using a photographic technique called light-painting.
